Little D spent his first birthday at the nature center with snakes, turtles, frogs, doves, gerbils, walking sticks, etc. 

We celebrated with family on the weekend!

 Little D had such a strange reaction to the cake. He didn't want to eat it. Didn't like it on his fingers. But he kept digging in.

  D relaxed and enjoyed this ribbon while B helped open his gifts.

Still winter...

 Tyler could play in the snow all day.

When it's too cold Bryce and Dylan prefer to watch from the window.

No school! Tyler and some friends went to open gym on a day off from school.

 Dylan thought he was such a big kid! Bryce was a great big brother!

 Wiggle Worms...fun program at the nature center. The boys were able to do lots of neat experiments and learn all about worms.

 This was too funny! This little lady made Bryce freeze up when she took his hand. That made her think he was angry and she was determined to get him to smile. Making Bryce freeze up even more. Cute kids!

Dylan is an official walker now! It's so funny to watch him zip around. Somehow I keep forgetting that he walks and I get surprised over and over. He rarely falls anymore but is still a little wobbly. Yay little D! Good guessing to the voters who picked Jan 23rd to Feb 5th (2 weeks before his 1st birthday).

Welcoming 2013!!

So grateful for another terrific year! Thanks to all our family and friends for being apart of this great journey! We rang in the new year with good friends and as usual our kids outlasted us!

Tyler getting ready for his first ice skating class. So excited!

 He was TOO excited and over confident and went out for the first time thinking he didn't need to follow his class along the wall and had a frightening fall. Dad put on skates too and Tyler went back out but didn't let go of Dad. Proud of him for trying again.

The second class was amazing! He forgot about being scared and was excited again but with a better understanding. 

Grandma Owen made the boys an awesome puppet theater! Fun for all!

Dylan loves to walk and anything can be used to push to help him. These cars are a favorite. Sometimes he uses one, sometimes he uses two.

Warm winter morning was perfect for going snow shoeing!

Dylan started swim lessons.

Tyler starting Tae Kwon Do. It is perfect for him! Love it and the instructors. Bryce tried a class and did great with the main instructor but froze when this cute girl tried to help him. We'll see how the next class goes for him.

Little D just about 11 months! He loves to explore, be chased, follow his brothers, eat socks, sing, dance, and is so fun! Growing too fast!
